Floor Plan Layout

As this event is getting back to the old school feel, the floor plan is nothing fancy. The event suite at the g hotel is just big enough to fit 19 vendor tables. The floor plan looks like this:-

Entrance to the event will only be through the loading doors at the side of the hotel and NOT through the main reception. These doors will be restricted so our vapor production doesn’t affect the rest of the hotels fire systems.

The entire event will be self contained in the event suite as it includes it’s own bar and facilities and is laid out like this:-
